哨兵雲（Sentinel Cloud，以下稱「本服務」）是提供給工廠與事業單位的現場安全告警平台。本政策說明本服務的行動應用程式與雲端後台會處理哪些資料、為什麼處理、保留多久。

一句話版本：我們只處理讓告警能送到正確的人手上所必需的資料 —— 你的帳號、你這台裝置的推播位址、以及誰在什麼時候處理了哪一筆告警。我們不做廣告、不做使用行為分析、不把任何資料賣給或分享給第三方做行銷。

一、資料控制者

本服務由 Lycodes Technology Inc.（以下稱「我們」）營運。聯絡方式：support@lycodes-tech.com。

重要的角色區分：你所屬的公司（我們的客戶）是廠區影像與告警內容的資料控制者；我們是依客戶指示處理這些資料的資料處理者。關於廠區攝影機的設置與告知義務，請洽你所屬公司的管理者。

二、我們處理哪些資料

告警：類型、嚴重度、信心值、相機代號、時間、哨兵產生的文字訊息、現場快照	這是本服務的核心內容。由客戶廠區的哨兵裝置產生並上傳	依客戶合約設定；快照預設 30 天

三、我們不處理哪些資料

不蒐集位置資訊。App 沒有要求任何定位權限。
不讀取你的相機、麥克風、相簿、通訊錄或檔案。App 顯示的畫面全部來自客戶廠區的攝影機，不使用你手機上的任何感測器或檔案。
不做廣告或使用行為追蹤。App 內沒有廣告 SDK、沒有第三方分析工具、沒有 Cookie 追蹤。
不蒐集廣告識別碼（IDFA / GAID）。
不販售或分享個人資料給任何第三方做行銷用途。

四、廠區影像與快照

告警快照與攝影機即時畫面可能包含工作人員的影像。這些內容：

由客戶自有的哨兵裝置在客戶場所產生；
僅對該廠區有權限的使用者可見。權限由客戶的管理者指派，每一次讀取都經過帳號驗證與廠區歸屬檢查；
即時畫面採按需拉流：沒有人在看的時候，客戶廠區不會有串流流出；
即時畫面的播放授權採短效票券（預設 15 分鐘），且綁定單一廠區與單一攝影機。

我們不對影像做人臉識別、不建立個人生物特徵資料庫、不用客戶影像訓練我們的模型。

五、推播通知

推播經由 Apple 推播通知服務（APNs）與 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）送達 —— 在 iOS 與 Android 上無法繞過這兩個通道。推播內容僅含廠區名稱、告警類型、相機代號與嚴重度，不含現場文字訊息與快照；詳細內容要在 App 內通過驗證後才看得到。

預設只推播現場安全事件（火焰、煙霧、堆高機接近人員等）。設備與維運事件（相機失聯、鏡頭髒污等）預設不推播，可在 App 的通知設定中逐台裝置開啟。

六、我們把資料交給誰

Apple（APNs）、Google（FCM）：傳遞推播所必需，內容如上節所述。
Cloudflare：連線的傳輸層與 TLS 終結。

除此之外，資料不離開我們的伺服器。我們不使用第三方分析、廣告或客戶資料平台。

七、安全措施

全程 HTTPS / TLS 傳輸。
密碼以單向雜湊儲存，我們無法讀取。
存取權限以「廠區歸屬 + 角色」雙重檢查，拒絕的嘗試也會寫入操作紀錄。
你若選擇在 App 中儲存密碼，密碼存放在作業系統的安全硬體區（Android Keystore / iOS Keychain），並要求生物辨識或螢幕鎖才能取出；裝置沒有設定螢幕鎖時，App 不提供儲存密碼的選項。

八、你的權利

你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除你的個人資料，或要求停止處理。由於帳號由你所屬公司的管理者建立與管理，請先向該管理者提出；也可直接寫信到 support@lycodes-tech.com。在 App 內你隨時可以自行：登出（即刻撤銷該裝置的憑證與推播綁定）、移除已儲存的密碼、關閉推播通知。

九、兒童

本服務是事業單位使用的工具，不針對未滿 16 歲者提供，也不會刻意蒐集其資料。

十、政策變更

本政策有實質變更時，我們會更新本頁頂端的日期，並在 App 內告知。

哨兵云（Sentinel Cloud，以下称「本服务」）是提供给工厂与企业单位的现场安全告警平台。本政策说明本服务的移动应用与云端后台会处理哪些数据、为什么处理、保留多久。

一句话版本：我们只处理让告警能送到正确的人手上所必需的数据 —— 你的账号、你这台设备的推送地址、以及谁在什么时候处理了哪一条告警。我们不做广告、不做使用行为分析、不把任何数据出售或分享给第三方做营销。

一、数据控制者

二、我们处理哪些数据

三、我们不处理哪些数据

不收集位置信息。App 没有申请任何定位权限。
不读取你的摄像头、麦克风、相册、通讯录或文件。App 显示的画面全部来自客户厂区的摄像头，不使用你手机上的任何传感器或文件。
不做广告或使用行为追踪。App 内没有广告 SDK、没有第三方分析工具、没有 Cookie 追踪。
不收集广告标识符（IDFA / GAID）。
不出售或分享个人数据给任何第三方做营销用途。

四、厂区影像与快照

告警快照与摄像头实时画面可能包含工作人员的影像。这些内容：

由客户自有的哨兵设备在客户场所产生；
仅对该厂区有权限的用户可见。权限由客户的管理者指派，每一次读取都经过账号验证与厂区归属检查；
实时画面采用按需拉流：没有人在看的时候，客户厂区不会有流量流出；
实时画面的播放授权采用短效票据（默认 15 分钟），且绑定单一厂区与单一摄像头。

我们不对影像做人脸识别、不建立个人生物特征数据库、不用客户影像训练我们的模型。

五、推送通知

推送经由 Apple 推送通知服务（APNs）与 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）送达 —— 在 iOS 与 Android 上无法绕过这两个通道。推送内容仅含厂区名称、告警类型、摄像头编号与严重度，不含现场文字消息与快照；详细内容要在 App 内通过验证后才看得到。

默认只推送现场安全事件（火焰、烟雾、叉车接近人员等）。设备与运维事件（摄像头离线、镜头脏污等）默认不推送，可在 App 的通知设置中逐台设备开启。

六、我们把数据交给谁

Apple（APNs）、Google（FCM）：传递推送所必需，内容如上节所述。
Cloudflare：连接的传输层与 TLS 终结。

除此之外，数据不离开我们的服务器。我们不使用第三方分析、广告或客户数据平台。

七、安全措施

全程 HTTPS / TLS 传输。
密码以单向哈希存储，我们无法读取。
访问权限以「厂区归属 + 角色」双重检查，被拒绝的尝试也会写入操作记录。
你若选择在 App 中保存密码，密码存放在操作系统的安全硬件区（Android Keystore / iOS Keychain），并要求生物识别或屏幕锁才能取出；设备没有设置屏幕锁时，App 不提供保存密码的选项。

八、你的权利

你可以要求查阅、更正或删除你的个人数据，或要求停止处理。由于账号由你所属公司的管理者创建与管理，请先向该管理者提出；也可直接写信到 support@lycodes-tech.com。在 App 内你随时可以自行：登出（即刻撤销该设备的凭证与推送绑定）、删除已保存的密码、关闭推送通知。

九、儿童

本服务是企业单位使用的工具，不针对未满 16 岁者提供，也不会刻意收集其数据。

十、政策变更

本政策有实质变更时，我们会更新本页顶部的日期，并在 App 内告知。

Sentinel Cloud ("the Service") is an on-site safety alerting platform for factories and industrial operations. This policy explains what data the mobile app and cloud backend process, why, and for how long.

In one sentence: we process only what is needed to get an alert to the right person — your account, this device's push address, and who handled which alert and when. No advertising, no behavioural analytics, no selling or sharing of data for marketing.

1. Data controller

The Service is operated by Lycodes Technology Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: support@lycodes-tech.com.

An important distinction of roles: your employer (our customer) is the data controller for site footage and alert content; we act as a data processor on that customer's instructions. For questions about camera placement and workplace notice obligations, contact your own organisation's administrator.

2. What we process

3. What we do not process

No location data. The app requests no location permission of any kind.
No access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or files. Everything the app displays comes from cameras at the customer's site; no sensor or file on your phone is used.
No advertising or behavioural tracking. No ad SDKs, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies.
No advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID).
No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Site footage and snapshots

Alert snapshots and live camera views may contain images of workers. This content:

is produced by the customer's own sentinel devices on the customer's premises;
is visible only to users authorised for that site. Authorisation is assigned by the customer's administrator, and every read is checked against both authentication and site membership;
is streamed on demand — when nobody is watching, no video leaves the customer's site;
is authorised for playback by a short-lived ticket (15 minutes by default) bound to a single site and a single camera.

We do not run face recognition on this footage, do not build biometric databases, and do not train our models on customer footage.

5. Push notifications

Notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM); on iOS and Android these channels cannot be bypassed. A notification contains only the site name, alert type, camera ID and severity — never the sentinel's text message or the snapshot. Full detail is visible only inside the app after authentication.

By default only on-site safety events are pushed (fire, smoke, forklift near a person, and so on). Equipment and maintenance events (camera offline, dirty lens) are not pushed by default and can be enabled per device in the app's notification settings.

6. Who we share data with

Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) — strictly as required to deliver notifications, with the content described above.
Cloudflare — network transport and TLS termination.

Beyond these, data does not leave our servers. We use no third-party analytics, advertising or customer-data platforms.

7. Security

HTTPS / TLS for all traffic.
Passwords stored as one-way hashes that we cannot read.
Access checked against both site membership and role; denied attempts are also written to the audit log.
If you choose to save your password in the app, it is stored in the operating system's secure hardware (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and requires biometrics or the device passcode to retrieve. On a device with no screen lock configured, the app does not offer to save it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Because accounts are created and managed by your own organisation's administrator, please raise such requests with them first; you may also write to support@lycodes-tech.com. Within the app you can at any time sign out (which immediately revokes that device's credential and push registration), delete a saved password, and turn notifications off.

9. Children

The Service is a tool for industrial operations. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users in the app.
